Nutritional advice for Complementary Therapy clients
I am a nurse by background and have worked in the NHS for 32 years, as nurse, Matron and Manager, before training to become a Complementary and Holistic Therapist. I have always been passionate about caring for people from a holistic perspective and it has always been a central focus of my patient care and work within the NHS. This ethos has continued into my Complementary Therapy practice.

I believe life is a continuous evolution which involves lifelong education, teaching, coaching, supporting and nurturing; being kind and considerate, treating everyone with respect and dignity.

Take Care has been lovingly developed using these principles with my main aim of helping everyone who comes to see me to feel good about themselves; loved and cared for and getting them to share that love.

I have completed my training at the NHS Natural Health School in Harrogate and Im a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and The Guild of Holistic and Beauty Therapists.

I am fully insured.
